This oven-baked single-serve brownie is the perfect chocolaty treat when you want something homemade and warm — without the hassle or temptation of an entire pan. It’s easy to make, and always hits the spot.

- 1 tbsp unsalted or slightly salted butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- Pinch salt
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Preheat your oven on the highest heat
Add the butter to a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 20 seconds until melted
Add in the sugar and mix till well combined, then add in the milk and mix
Mix in the cocoa powder, flour and chocolate chips.
Pour the single-serve brownie mixture into a small ceramic ramekin. (Preferably one you can serve the brownie in)
Turn the heat down to 180°C (fan) and place the brownie on the middle shelf.
Bake for 15 minutes, then remove and leave to cool slightly (about 5-10 minutes)
Serve the brownie with some vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
