Pancake Batter
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup oat flour (swap for blended oats or plain flour)
Optional Additions
- 1 tsp baking powder (recommended for fluffier pancakes)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla essence

Add bananas and eggs to a blender. Blend until completely smooth, then transfer to a bowl.
