Adding Meat or Protein to this recipe (Optional)
These stir-fry noodles are naturally vegetarian, but protein can be added easily.
Thinly slice your preferred meat and season with salt and pepper. Fry until fully cooked before adding your vegetables. Feel free to use chicken, beef, pork or even shrimp.
If you would like to keep this vegetarian, but would like more protein, add in some crispy tofu. If you want a recipe on how to get the perfect crispy tofu, let me know here.

Tips for the Best Stir-Fry Noodles
- Prep everything before you start so it comes together quickly.
- Cook the vegetables and noodles using high heat for the best texture and flavour. Use medium heat for meats like chicken or pork, so it has time to cook through.
- Use a large frying pan to avoid overcrowding and keep the noodles from getting soggy.
